|New Years Resolution Challenge|

Well today I was just so full of energy and super happy and I couldn't wait to share with you guys! 2014 is all about getting healthy and happy! I have to be a very scheduled type person, I like to go to bed early and wake up early because sleeping in just wastes your days and one really great thing about waking up early is being able to exercise and get those endorphins working for the rest of the day!

I also encourage exercise for those with insomnia, if I don't exercise then I usually can't sleep that night so its kind of a need and I haven't been able to for awhile, but hopefully not working nights will get me happy, healthy, and rested again because I ended up getting really sick a few days ago from not enough sleep, it really messes up my entire body and most peoples as well. So lets get happy sunshiners and EXERCISED !


  1. Ah, exercise and eating healthy is so important...I unfortunately do neither. lol I should really work on that. *takes bite of cupcake* I should really start working on that tomorrow :)


    1. hahahahaha my biggest problem with eating right is the indecisiveness of what to eat! Literally a personal chef would be quite nice!

      But I totally can see a difference when I'm on track with my eating and exercise, so when I want to totally go crazy with some froyo, I try to remember the consequences of how my bodies gonna react AND one plus with exercise is if you work really hard you don't want to totally ruin it with some type of sugar because you're like "wow, I worked my booty off and I want to make it count!"

      Just get on the ban wagon with me of "trying", even for a week! This year is about happiness and they say being healthy 80% of the time makes a difference! :)
